Our products are categorized into 【Handmade-Made-to-Order Items】 and 【Ready-to-Ship Items】
  • Handmade-Made-to-Order Items are crafted by hand by our artisans only after an order is placed. This includes, but is not limited to, adjustments based on size, stamped marks, engraving, antiquing, gold plating upgrades, minor style modifications, etc. Depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship and the current order queue, the production time ranges from 7 to 15 days. We believe in meticulous workmanship and appreciate your patience.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items are stocked for direct dispatch and are typically shipped from the warehouse within 48 hours by default.
【Regarding the Labeling of Handmade Items as Fine Silver 999 and Fine Silver 99】

As our workshop is a studio environment and not a precision factory, our workbenches, carving, and hammering tools, etc., are made of other materials. During the manual processing, minimal trace attachments from these tools are possible. Consequently, some product pages or item tags in our store might describe the material as Fine Silver 999 or Fine Silver 99. This does not affect the actual quality of the silver.

【Regarding Natural Oxidation】
  • Some products are designed with exquisite gradient colors achieved through sulfur-based oxidation coloring techniques, not by applying pigments. This coloring will inevitably fade over time as it continuously oxidizes in the natural environment.
  • Tarnishing (blackening) of silver jewelry is primarily due to the oxidation reaction of silver with air, which is a very common natural phenomenon. It is difficult to avoid completely even with relatively careful wear.
【Regarding Color Difference】
  • All products in our store are photographed from the actual items. We have strived to accurately represent colors, but due to factors like technology, equipment, lighting, monitor displays, and environment, some deviation is unavoidable. These differences cannot be used as grounds for after-sales service judgments.
  • For sulfur-oxidation colored products, slight variations in ambient temperature, the proportioning of oxidizing agents, and oxidation duration are inherent to the manual process conducted at different times and potentially by different artisans. Therefore, achieving absolute consistency between the final product and sample images is challenging. We will endeavor to replicate the colors closely. This situation also qualifies for our lifetime free maintenance service.
【Important Care Guidelines】
  • Due to the inherent properties of silver (relatively soft material, susceptible to deformation under external force, etc.), frequent bending should be avoided to reduce metal fatigue damage.
  • For crystal and wooden bead products, natural color variations may exist between different sides of each bead. Natural materials may also contain cracks or mineral imperfections, which are characteristic of the material.
  • Wooden products should be kept away from water immersion or humid environments to prevent mold, cracking, etc.
  • All jewelry should be handled with care during daily wear: avoid contact with chemicals (shower gel, detergents, etc.), minimize exposure to excessive sweat (e.g., reduce wearing during sports activities), and avoid scratching and abrasion.
  • The above scenarios are due to natural factors and are not considered quality issues.
